• Automated content moderation
• XP and leveling systems
• Custom commands and responses
• Community engagement features
• Analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• You must have the authority to add bots to your Discord server
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass moderation or abuse the appeal system
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated systems to artificially inflate XP or levels
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Free tier users are subject to usage limits including:

• Maximum 100 server members
• Limited access to AI-powered features
• Basic moderation capabilities only

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact support@modsentry.com to request a refund.

5. Content & Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using ModSentry, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your custom commands and configurations
• Use message data for AI training (anonymized)
• Display your server in marketing materials (with permission)

5.2 Our Content

All ModSentry branding, software, and documentation are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModSentry shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Errors or omissions in moderation actions
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI moderation may occasionally produce false positives or negatives
• Community voting outcomes are determined by your members
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Upon your request

Upon termination, your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
